Peanut Update-32 weeks

July 13, 2009 by Monica Sepper

Here we are, 32 weeks into our 2nd pregnancy. (today is really 33 weeks but I am a week behind)  It is kind of scary to think that we will soon have another little one to watch and take care of.  We are so excited for the arrival of Peanut.  We can’t wait to meet him/her, see who they look like and really can’t wait to see how Katie Lynn reacts to a new baby.

Last week was a busy week, we had a sono appointment and our regular doctor’s appointment.  Both appointments went great!

Sono- the doctor checked out Peanut and was pleased with how the baby looked.  All of Peanut’s organs and growth look great also.  This doctor took a special look at the stomach and intestines, he said all looked good. Peanut’s heartbeat was 138 and from the measurements he/she weights about 4.5 pounds.

Regular appointment- We meet with another doctor in the practice, we have almost met them all.  This one was really nice and is the one that Monica has talked to on the phone several times when she has had to call after hours.  The doctor was please with all of Monica’s reports and she checked out the baby as well.  At this appointment Peanut’s heartbeat was 140 and measured at the 32 week mark.  Right on track.  Things are looking great! We couldn’t be more excited.

Here are some photos: What you really came for

Here is Peanut, you can see the face and the arm is going across the side of the face.

I love this one, you can see more of a profile but if you look closely, you can see all the hair on Peanut’s head.  The hair looks like it is combed to the side.  The sono tech kept going on and on about how much hair the baby has.
