  2. Dance, Dance, Dance

July 21, 2010 by Monica Sepper

Summer is in full swing and this summer Katie Lynn is signed up for dance class.  The class has ballet, tap and some tumbling.  The first class was a little rough and she had a hard time leaving mommy’s side but since then, she is a dance star!

There are about 15 2-4 year olds in the class, they start off with some ballet moves followed by tap and then end with some tumbling.

    Waiting for class to start….

Finding her dot to start class.

The girls get their “horse” and they gallop around the room.

Now it is time for tap.

Is that the Tech step I see? Do I see a future member of the Goin’ Band?

They also do songs with movements and sticks.  Katie Lynn does a really good job of following the instructor.

  3. First Swim

July 18, 2010 by Monica Sepper

Since we are so far behind on our stories………..

    May 30th

Karyn had her first taste of the water……she LOVED it.  As you can tell by the picture below, she made her self right at home.  Now every time she puts on her swimsuit, she gets all excited!

    Time with Daddy…..

    Time with Mommy….

Of course we had to do it right and give her a dunking….we bought a water proof one time use camera.

    1…2…3…

    and back up.

Her face looks very familiar for some reason…..

What is wrong with this picture?

Such fun and time to head home.

  4. Happy 6 Years!!

July 16, 2010 by Monica Sepper

I know, I know….6 weeks late……we went and celebrated our 6th anniversary on May 29th.  We took a trip down to Medieval Times located down in Dallas.  I have always wanted to try this place but never had the chance so we decided why not do it for our anniversary.

We were told to arrive 1 hour before show time, we showed up and the line was already around to the front corner.  Here is the front of the building.

Found some turtles hanging out in the moat.

Once we got inside we had about an hour before show time, so we checked out all the different things happening in the lobby.  Lots of things to buy and we decided to treat ourselves to some drinks and of course we wanted the ones that came with a cool glass to keep. They sure were yummy.

Waiting for the show to start……..

We were apart of the green knight team, he ended up being the villain.

We had such a great time and enjoyed getting out to celebrate.
