  1. It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas

November 26, 2010 by Monica Sepper

You guessed it! Our house is decorated and ready to celebrate for the holidays! At the end of last Christmas season we headed out to find some good deals on all the left over items.  We found lots of goodies any where from 70-80% off so we went a little over board.

1 little, 2 little, 3 little Christmas Trees

    Game Room

    Karyn’s Tree

    Katie Lynn’s Tree

4 little, 5 little, 6 little Christmas Trees

Our Special Tree that we used for Christmas while we were in the hospital with Katie Lynn

Tom’s Office Tree with all the sports stuff

Our family tree with all our special ornaments.

We once again picked out new ornaments for this year.  It was exciting this year because Katie Lynn got to pick out her ornament!! Can you guess what she might have picked? I just love this tradition, it is neat to go back and see what happened when.  We have ornaments that remind us of each year we added a precious daughter, an ornament of the year we bought our house.  Here are the picks for this year:

Katie Lynn found an Ariel ornament and right away she knew she wanted that one.

Karyn needed a little help so when we found this Care Bear ornament, we just knew it was the perfect match.

    mmmm, yummy

Yea, I think someone can not be trusted to be left alone by the tree…

Tom and I picked out this sleight, it has 4 bears which we liked because it represented our family and it also plays a Christmas song.

I think the little cub trying to jump out the front might represent our sweet Karyn…no fear!

Here is to the Season! We just love this time of year.

  3. Halloween 2010

What a super busy weekend it was.  We started our weekend with a sock-hop party at Monica’s school.  We dropped by and the girls danced and ate popcorn.

Next we headed to the fall festival at the girls school.  We just love the girls school and they had lots of fun. The money they raised went to charity.

The girls first took a photo as super heroes.

Both girls good buddies were there and they were both dressed as tinkerbell, so cute!

They had games and a bounce house.

After a good nights sleep it was time for a busy Saturday.

    Karyn has pig tails!!!

We met Monica’s folks for  lunch.

Here are the girls with Granddad and Grams

We move into Sunday, we had some friends over for a cookout and then we headed out for some trick or treating.

Our friend thought it would be a good idea to carve pumpkins with the kids…well the Dads ended up doing most of the work.  Katie Lynn helped for about a minute.

Karyn and her friend planning their escape into the backyard.

    2 girlies ready to go!

All the kiddos outside before we started our journey.

I think we had the whole disney crew with us.

    Minnie & Mickey

Karebear getting some goodies. (Sister felt the need to carry her bucket all night)

    “The Big Spider” -Katie Lynn

Every day she would ask to see the big spider, she was so excited to see it up close.

We also got to spend time with Tom’s folks.
